This sections covers the fundamental design techniques which I will build on top of in the intermediate and advanced section.

I would argue this is the most important section to focus on. Even you have been using simple things like adding shapes, tables or icons in your presentation, the ways you can bring them and optimize them on your slide is crucial. And so, even as an avid Microsoft PowerPoint user, you may find this section useful.

There are currently 8 videos in this section takes about 1h25m to complete in total. While you see any video on the basis of your interest, I have organized the videos in the most logical order should you choose to follow as your learning journey.

6. The basics of shapes

We won't be designing anything too fancy, but this covers the basics of easily aligning and manipulating shapes.

7. Tables: Part 1

Here we cover improving table aesthetics and the basic must do alignment of content inside table cells.

8. Using Icons

Learn five ways to source and incorporate icons into your presentation to give better visual cues to your content.
